Reverse Mortgage Lenders by State
State-by-state view of verified lender licensing and product availability.
We are building a structured reference source for the reverse mortgage market — for consumers, journalists, financial professionals and researchers. Every figure we publish will carry a source, a collection period and a verification date. Where we do not have verified data, we say so rather than estimating.
These are the reports we are building. A report is published only once its underlying data is verified, its methodology is written, and it has been reviewed.

The public dataset is a separate, whitelisted representation of our internal records. Internal notes, editorial material, commercial fields and any licensed or restricted source data are never included. Attribution: Top10ReverseMortgages.com. Corrections: corrections policy.
Journalists and researchers may cite our published data with attribution to Top10ReverseMortgages.com and a link to the underlying report. For data questions, corrections, or a specific cut of the data, use our corrections and contact page. Charts and tables become embeddable only once the underlying report is published and the asset is approved.
